(mixed salads, tomatoes, eggs, black olives, nuts, bacon, croutons with barlic, "house" vinaigrette sauce which do not reveal the secret)

 The "Poulaillère" salad

(mixed salads, tomatoes, avocado, nuts, minced chiken marinated in ginger and "house" spicy sauce which do not also reveal the secret)

  And in our restaurant of salads, the concept is simple :

       Here, we eat healthy products !

  No industrial cooking, or ketchup, or mayonnaise but rather
  good    fresh    vegetables    from    the    garden.   Without
  preservatives  or colorings  and  cultivate  in production  of
  the village using  carefully  and  passionately  the most noble  method :

              Organic farming !

  And  if  our  salads  are  not enough for you, in addition to
  little "house"  flats,  "Elle BaràTine" offers daily its "idea
  day"  menu  cooked  according to the desires of the cooker.

in different small areas landscaped  friendly terrace

You can alway be understood,

is not a Mc Do, or a snack or a fast food.
This is not also a traditionnel restaurant but rather a n unusual place where you can enjoy a cooking with simple tastes forgetten or discover some or even be the first to taste even those still ignored by the cooker...
